More About Nikhil

Nikhil is a product leader focused on building products that create meaningful value for both customers and businesses. His experience spans product strategy, digital platforms, consumer data, analytics, experimentation, emerging technology, and cross-functional product development.

A recurring theme in Nikhil’s approach to product leadership is the importance of falling in love with the problem rather than the solution. Instead of treating a roadmap as a list of features to deliver, he advocates for testing assumptions, using evidence to reduce uncertainty, and being willing to discard an idea when the data shows that it is not solving the right problem.

That perspective becomes especially relevant as AI changes how quickly product teams can research, prototype, analyze data, and generate possible solutions. Nikhil’s work explores how product leaders can use AI to expand what teams are capable of while still applying the human judgment, empathy, strategic thinking, and customer understanding required to decide what is actually worth building.

His approach reflects a principle at the heart of Pixels & Priorities: better technology does not eliminate the need for thoughtful product leadership. It gives product teams more possibilities, which makes choosing the right problems even more important.
