Metsy Rose is a senior product manager, strategist, and co-host of Pixels & Priorities, a podcast exploring the evolving relationship between product management, UX design, AI, leadership, and modern work.

With more than 15 years of experience across business strategy, product, research, consulting, development, and user experience, Metsy brings a practical, human-centered lens to the way teams build products and navigate change. Her background as an ex-developer and UX researcher gives her a deep appreciation for the messy middle of product work, where business goals, technical constraints, stakeholder needs, and customer experiences all collide.

Metsy is especially interested in the parts of product leadership that do not always fit neatly into a roadmap: building trust, leading through influence, translating complexity into clarity, and helping teams stay grounded while technology changes around them. Her work often focuses on the belief that great product leadership is not about control. It is about alignment, empathy, curiosity, and helping people understand the “why” behind the work.
