Whitney Schreck is a leadership and executive coach and the founder of Whitney S. Consulting. An Arkansas native, Whitney has spent the past 15 years working with leaders around the world and helping organizations improve leadership, communication, team development, and workplace culture.

She holds a master’s degree in Global Leadership from Fuller University and is a published author. Whitney also holds certifications in behavioral, motivational, and acumen sciences through TTI Success Insights.

Through Whitney S. Consulting, she works with individuals, teams, and organizations using a blend of behavioral science and tailored coaching approaches. Her services include leadership coaching, team development coaching, transitional strategy coaching, communication workshops, and human resources consultation.

At the center of Whitney’s work is a belief that better leadership begins with greater self-understanding. By helping people recognize how they communicate, what drives their behavior, and how they interact with others, she helps leaders and teams build stronger working relationships and healthier workplace environments.
